Pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) for dogs and cats is a physiotherapy practice, which uses the properties of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) to reduce pain to bones, muscles and joints.
PEMF therapy does not cause any discomfort to the pet, rather it brings it to a deep state of relaxation.
It is a well-established and among the most widely used therapeutic technique, thanks to the universally recognized efficacy.
PEMF therapy is particularly used in the following animal diseases: chronic bone diseases (osteopenia, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis), fractures, joint pain, post-operative pain, edema, neuralgia, vasculopathy, tears and strains, lumbago, tendonitis.
Pulsed electromagnetic fields are also recommended in all periods of strong stress of the animal (competitions, demonstrations, exhibitions). In fact, among the recognized beneficial effects, we mention: analgesic, vasodilatory, detoxifying, anti-edematous, muscle-relaxing, healing and regenerating.
THE IDEA OF KORA
The idea of KORA magnetotherapy was born in 2017 from the result of the union between the study and practice of clinical engineering and a deep love for the animal world.
It is the first animal magnetotherapy based on veterinary clinical studies and designed to be as safe and effective as that for human use. Like humans, our furry friends can suffer from pain in bones, muscles and joints, due to trauma or inflammation.
KORA was created with the aim of offering a product that can relieve these pain, using the technology of CEMP magnetotherapy and allow our animals to return to run and play.
